Last night, Monday, May 9, 2022 at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, Netflix hosted a Special Screening and reception with cast members Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole and Angus Sampson, Christopher Gorham, Krista Warner, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, LisaGay Hamilton, Jamie McShane, Lamont Thompson, Shwayze, and more, along with Creator/Executive Producer David E. Kelley, Showrunner/Executive Producer Ted Humphrey, author/Executive Producer Michael Connelly, and Executive Producers Ross Fineman and Tana Jamieson of A+E Studios. Special guests included Adria Arjona.
When you need a lawyer, Mickey Haller is who you call. He’s quick, sharp and owns the courtroom like Michael Jordan owned the basketball court. In Netflix’s THE LINCOLN LAWYER, Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) runs his law practice out of his Lincoln. After taking a break to deal with some personal issues, he’s back and ready to turn up the gas.
Inheriting an entire law practice from a friendly acquaintance, Haller finds himself with a roster of new clients, including a significant murder trial kicking off in nine days. He swiftly moves through the city of Los Angeles, taking on case after case while balancing his personal life — he’s the father of a teenager and also has two ex-wives. One of them works with him. The other is the city’s Deputy District Attorney.
It’s a bumpy road, but if there’s anyone who can navigate it smoothly, it’s Haller.
THE LINCOLN LAWYER, created by David E. Kelley, boasts an all-star cast including Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole and Angus Sampson. Season one of the series is based on The Brass Verdict, the second book in The Lincoln Lawyer series by Michael Connelly, who is an executive producer and writer on the series. The series was developed for television by Ted Humphrey who serves as showrunner, executive producer and writer. Ross Fineman and Kelley are also executive producers. The series is produced by A+E Studios and Barry Jossen and Tana Jamieson serve as executive producers.
