Durante el panel de Marvel Studios en San Diego International Comic-Con 2019 se reveló que el actor canadiense Simu Liu (Blood and Water, Taken) encabezará la película Shang-Chi como el personaje principal.
La película se titulará oficialmente “
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” con el reparto, que también incluye a Tony Leung como The Mandarin (The REAL Mandarin) con Awkwafina en un papel no anunciado.
