Después de que el gobernador firme una orden ejecutiva para arrestar a los hijos de los inmigrantes indocumentados, los nuevos jóvenes a quienes van deteniendo reciben la oportunidad de trabajar como voluntarios cuidando a ancianos a cambio de la retirada de los cargos. Ya en el interior del centro para ancianos, los voluntarios descubren que el gobernador y el supervisor del centro han puesto en marcha una depravada y pavorosa conspiración que pone en peligro tanto a los jóvenes como a los ancianos en esta retorcida comedia de suspense.

After a governor issues an executive order to arrest the children of undocumented immigrants, the newly detained youth are offered an opportunity to have their charges dropped by volunteering to provide care to the elderly. Once inside the eldercare facility, the volunteers discover the governor and the facility’s supervisor have cooked up a horrifyingly depraved conspiracy that endangers the young and the old in this twisted thriller-comedy.
