Lionsgate Teams Up with Academy Award®-Nominated Costume Designer Trish Summerville to Release Capsule Collection Inspired by The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes
Lionsgate has teamed up with Academy Award®-nominated costume designer Trish Summerville to launch a capsule collection with designs inspired by The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, the latest chapter in Lionsgate’s blockbuster film franchise. Summerville is the costume designer for the film, which grossed over $100 million in box office sales worldwide in its opening weekend.
Timed to the film’s release, the collection is exclusive to the Lionsgate Shop and features a product assortment that ranges across apparel, accessories, and home décor – all featuring original artwork designed by Summerville that utilizes iconic images from the film franchise.
The “Songbirds & Snakes x Trish Summerville” collection was made to celebrate the themes of the film, particularly the organic elements of flowers, birds and snakes, and the collaboration with Summerville adds to the quality and authenticity of the merchandise offering.
Fans of the film and of Summerville’s work will be delighted to find items such as a matching Songbirds & Snakes hoodie and jogger set, an elegant rose tote, a scarf with floral-detailing, and more.
The Lionsgate Shop will also feature a first-ever collaboration with Trish Summerville and Laura Cantu Jewelry, a specialized jeweler based in Mexico that creates unique and bespoke jewelry with personality.
