See The Photos From Lionsgate “Centurion: The Dancing Stallion” Red Carpet Event Featuring Amber Midthunder, Billy Zane, Patricia De Leon, & Sal Lopez
Amber Midthunder, Billy Zane, Patricia De Leon, Sal Lopez, Aramis Knight and Adam Irigoyen — stars of the upcoming family drama film Centurion: The Dancing Stallion — hit the red carpet tonight in Los Angeles at a special screening of the film at the Autry Museum of the American West.
Centurion: The Dancing Stallion will be released on digital & on demand on Tuesday, April 25 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
The night was also a tribute to the late singer Julián Figueroa, who tragically passed on April 9 at age 27 and was an important part of Centurion. Figueroa performs 4 songs the film soundtrack, including a special English rendition of his hit “Ay Amor” in an end-credits music video accompanied by the real Centurion horse.
ABOUT CENTURION: THE DANCING STALLION
Amber Midthunder (Prey, “Roswell, New Mexico”) and Billy Zane (Titanic) star in this tale of overcoming adversity and finding strength from unexpected places. The journey begins as Ellissia (Midthunder) adopts a white stallion to train in the art of Mexican horse dancing. As she starts teaching the handsome but previously abused Centurion, Ellissia falls critically ill, which keeps her from competing in a celebrated equestrian event. Under the watchful eyes of her father (Zane), new ranch hand Danny (Aramis Knight) steps in as trainer, hoping to win the competition — and, perhaps, Ellissia’s heart.
