WarnerMedia Extends Relationship With Issa Rae With Five-Year Overall Deal. Projects To Be Developed With Rae’s HOORAE Media Company. Today, WarnerMedia announced a five-year overall deal with Issa Rae, extending their relationship with the Emmy®-nominated creator, executive producer and star of HBO’s Emmy®-winning “Insecure.”  The deal is exclusive to WarnerMedia for all forms of television, to include HBO, HBO Max and Warner Bros. Television, and a first-look for features with Warner Bros.
